US EPA Announces Final Rules For Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting
Emitting units already required to collect data using Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) under another air emission regulation will generally not have to install additional monitoring equipment to satisfy the new GHG reporting rule requirements.
